Parent Letter - Contact Information
Dear Orchestra Summer Day Camp parents,
We are pleased to remind you that tomorrow (Friday, June 15th) is our concert at 2PM in Voertman Concert Hall. The kids have been preparing an eclectic mix of fun music and we know that you will be proud of their musical growth.
Where: Voertman Concert Hall 415 Avenue C; The most direct entrance is just beyond “the bridge” entrance to the music building where students are dropped off, toward Sycamore Street.
What students should wear: T-shirts that they received today and shorts or jeans
Where to park: There is a paid lot on Highland and Ave. C or a parking garage on Highland. Unfortunately, UNT no longer provides a free parking option. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
After the concert: Students will pack up their instruments at the end and go to the lobby. Students will leave with their families directly after the concert.

Thank you for your unending patience with drop off/pick up snafus this week. For the sake of simplicity, we will scrap the separate older student drop off at Highland and Ave C. All students will gather at the front of the music building. Parents of students in Orchestras 2, 3, and 4: Please do not get in the line for pick up until 2:55PM. Pre-Orchestra and Orchestra 1 will come out at 2:45 for pick up to alleviate crowding, and for the safety of the younger students.
